Windows of lawlessness in chaos

WINDOWS OF LAWLESSNESS IN CHAOS

Is there chaos or is human perception chaotic? The "man-scientist" in the general sense, who, as is well known, knows what he thinks he knows, in the course of the centuries, succeeds in discovering a part of the laws that probably govern the lawless chaotic universe(s), opening each time a window of lawfulness in the supposed chaos.

Here, an artist simulating "man-scientist" opens a window of harmony in a supposedly chaotic picture, which one finds out he has previously created again according to some laws!
